Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add the rice, cover, and reduce heat. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  5. Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  7. Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce, stir well.
  8. Combine cooked rice with chicken mixture.
  9. Garnish with green onions before serving.

  • Use jasmine rice for best flavor.
