Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 green onions, chopped

- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat shrimp in the cornstarch mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink.
- Add green onions and chili flakes; stir to combine.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
- Fresh shrimp works best for flavor.
