Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat shrimp in the cornstarch mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink.
  7. Add green onions and chili flakes; stir to combine.
  8. Serve hot.
