Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked.
- Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 1 minute on each side.
- Assemble the burritos: place chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and chipotle ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level of the chipotle ranch to your taste.
- You can add black beans or rice for extra filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
