Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked.
  5. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  7. Warm tortillas on the grill for 1 minute on each side.
  8. Assemble the burritos: place chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and chipotle ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  9. Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
  10. Serve immediately.
