- 60ml milk
- 40ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift flour and cocoa powder together, then fold into the egg mixture.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract, mixing gently.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
