- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix, water, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Fold in the chopped cherries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut the brownies into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each brownie piece in the chocolate mixture, coating completely.
- Place on parchment paper and let set.
