Description

Delicious chocolate cookies topped with a Hershey’s Kiss.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie after removing from the oven.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store cookies in an airtight container.
  • You can use dark chocolate or mint Kisses for variety.
