  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil.
  3. Beat in the eggs until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Divide the batter in half; stir cocoa powder into one half.
  7. Grease a loaf pan and alternate layers of pumpkin and chocolate batter.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the batters together.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
