Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil.
- Beat in the eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Divide the batter in half; stir cocoa powder into one half.
- Grease a loaf pan and alternate layers of pumpkin and chocolate batter.
- Use a knife to swirl the batters together.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
