Ingredients

  • 100g sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease a round cake pan.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Let it cool before serving.
