A rich chocolate peanut butter bundt cake that combines the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter in a moist, decadent dessert.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in boiling water until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining batter over the peanut butter layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This cake can be served with chocolate or peanut butter glaze.
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
