A simple and quick recipe for chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add quick oats and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
