- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Add dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts, folding gently.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
