A festive bento cake perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
- 1 cup buttercream frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased bento box or cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before frosting.
- Decorate with buttercream and sprinkles.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
