  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the buttermilk and vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, walnuts, and cranberries.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
