Ingredients

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form patties from the beef mixture.
- Grill patties for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Add cheese slices on top of patties in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with cranberry sauce, arugula, and mayonnaise.
