Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add melted butter and vanilla to the egg mixture.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the mixed dried fruit.
- Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it cool.
- Spread whipped cream over the cake and roll it up gently.
- Chill for an hour before serving.
