Instructions

  5. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
  8. Fold in dried fruits and nuts.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
