Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add vanilla, eggs, sour cream, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can top with whipped cream and berries for decoration.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Let the cheesecake come to room temperature before serving for best flavor.
