A festive twist on classic deviled eggs for your holiday gatherings.

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red and green bell peppers, diced (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot covered with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with diced bell peppers and parsley.
