Description

A festive twist on classic deviled eggs for your holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red and green bell peppers, diced (for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot covered with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them.
  3. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with diced bell peppers and parsley.
