- 1 whole turkey (15 lbs)
- 4 cups stuffing
- 2 cups gravy
- 5 cups mashed potatoes
- 3 cups green beans
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for approximately 3 hours, removing the foil in the last hour for a golden skin.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare the mashed potatoes and green beans.
- Heat the gravy in a saucepan.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie.

- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Use leftover turkey for sandwiches.
