Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cook the bacon or sausage in a skillet until crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes to the egg mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer the bread at the bottom of the dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
