Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, potatoes)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and neck.
- Mix the stuffing with chicken broth, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture and place it in a roasting pan.
- Rub the turkey with softened butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Prepare mixed vegetables and steam until tender.
- Serve the turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- You can prepare the stuffing a day ahead.
- Feel free to substitute the vegetables with your favorites.
