Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, potatoes)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and neck.
  3. Mix the stuffing with chicken broth, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the mixture and place it in a roasting pan.
  5. Rub the turkey with softened butter and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Prepare mixed vegetables and steam until tender.
  8. Serve the turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce.
