A delightful Christmas Eve dinner that brings family together.
Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups of stuffing
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 4 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, and corn)
- 1 cup of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of gravy
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rinsing and patting it dry.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
- Rub butter over the turkey and season it.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, basting every hour.
- Cook mixed vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Prepare mashed potatoes and heat gravy.
- Serve the turkey with sides and finish with pumpkin pie.

- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Save leftovers for sandwiches the next day.
