- 1 lb of puff pastry
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken

- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken, cheddar, and green onions.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
