Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1 3/4 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and stretch to fit.
  7. Top with olive oil, rosemary, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
