Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced apples
- 2 cups of diced pears
- 1 cup of grapes, halved
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 1 cup of mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruits.
- In a large bowl, combine apples, pears, grapes, pomegranate seeds, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve in a decorative bowl and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
