Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. Mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan.
  6. Cover the ham with foil.
  7. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the glaze.
  9. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
