Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add melted butter and vanilla to the egg mixture.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let it cool, then spread chocolate ganache on top.
- Roll the cake into a log shape.
- Cover the log with more ganache and decorate.
