Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour batter into a lined baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Cool the cake on a wire rack.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Spread cream on cooled cake and roll it tightly.
  9. Top with chocolate ganache and garnish with berries.
