Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon flavor extract (peppermint, cherry, or your choice)
- Food coloring (red, green)
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until the mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in flavor extract and food coloring.
- Carefully pour the mixture into lollipop molds.
- Insert lollipop sticks and let cool until hard.
- Remove from molds and package for gifting.
Notes
- Store lollipops in a cool, dry place.
