- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups beef roast (3–4 lbs)
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
- 1 spiral ham (10 lbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it inside and out.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing and secure it.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For the beef roast, rub with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet and sear the beef on all sides.
- Transfer to a roasting pan, pour red wine over it, and roast for 1.5-2 hours.
- For the ham, mix brown sugar and honey, and glaze the ham.
- Bake the ham for 1.5-2 hours, basting occasionally.
- Let all meats rest before slicing and serving.
