  • 1 spiral ham (10 lbs)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by seasoning it inside and out.
  3. Stuff the turkey with stuffing and secure it.
  4. Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. For the beef roast, rub with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat a skillet and sear the beef on all sides.
  7. Transfer to a roasting pan, pour red wine over it, and roast for 1.5-2 hours.
  8. For the ham, mix brown sugar and honey, and glaze the ham.
  9. Bake the ham for 1.5-2 hours, basting occasionally.
  10. Let all meats rest before slicing and serving.
