Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, sausage, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
