Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add bread cubes, cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Notes
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Substitute sausage for ham if desired.
