Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Layer the bread cubes in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the cooked sausage over the bread cubes.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sausage.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
