Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz chocolate bark or melting chocolate
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate bark in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with decorations if desired.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 15 minutes.
