Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar, continuing to beat until glossy.
- Gently fold in vinegar and cornstarch.
- Shape the meringue on a baking sheet, creating a nest.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Top the cooled meringue with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
