Delicious and festive popcorn balls perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients

- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine popped popcorn and mini marshmallows.
- In a saucepan, mix peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar. Heat over medium until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over popcorn and marshmallows. Mix well.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then form into balls.
- Roll the balls in sprinkles for decoration.
- Place on wax paper to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use buttered hands to prevent sticking.
- Adjust sprinkles for more color.
