Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine quinoa, black beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, mix lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
