- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix garlic, rosemary, and thyme; rub onto the roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan.
- Add beef broth to the pan.
- Roast in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until desired doneness.
- Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
