- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 150g mini marshmallows
- 100g mixed nuts, chopped
- 50g dried fruit, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt dark and milk chocolate with butter in a bowl over simmering water.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Add mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and dried fruit to the chocolate mixture.
- Mix well until everything is coated in chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute nuts with your favorite toppings.
- For a festive touch, add edible glitter on top before setting.
