Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Spread the batter evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Let it cool, then carefully roll it up in a towel.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Unroll the cake, spread cream, and roll it again.
- Decorate with sprinkles and serve.
