Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sugar, butter, salt, and eggs.
- Add flour and cinnamon. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and sprinkle with raisins and nuts.
- Roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
Notes
- For a sweeter roll, increase sugar.
- Try adding dried cranberries for extra flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
