  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in sugar, butter, salt, and eggs.
  3. Add flour and cinnamon. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out dough and sprinkle with raisins and nuts.
  7. Roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Cool and serve.
