Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 2 cups of Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of cranberries
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans and Brussels sprouts.
- Chop the carrots into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Add cranberries and pecans during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
