Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
- Shape the balls into a tree pattern on a baking sheet.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle cheese and parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- Let the bread cool slightly before serving.
- Use your favorite cheese for variation.
