- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- Green food coloring
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Red and green candies for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well.
- Stir in green food coloring until desired color is reached.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and decorate with candies.

- Chill the cheesecake overnight for best results.
