Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, broccoli, cheese, and bell peppers.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
