Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, stirring until melted.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and form into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
- Store in the refrigerator until serving.
