Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar for topping
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar for topping.
  8. Drizzle melted butter over the cheesecake and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  10. Let it cool before slicing into bars.
