Delicious churro cheesecake bars with a cinnamon-sugar topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar for topping
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar for topping.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cheesecake and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Chill bars for better texture before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
