Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9×9-inch baking pan to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

  6. Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sour cream until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
