Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar.
  4. Add vanilla extract and egg to the cream mixture.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture.
  6. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Form dough into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
