- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Grill or cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice chicken and spread pesto on the inside of the ciabatta rolls.
- Layer chicken slices, mozzarella cheese, and arugula on the rolls.
- Close the sandwich and grill it for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted.
- Slice and serve warm.
